Shepherd Overton recently joined our Raleigh office and has significant experience in these markets. Shackelford & Associates is pleased to announce the hiring of Shepherd Overton as the newest member of our firm’s Raleigh office.

Shepherd is a Certified General Appraiser with experience appraising a wide range of commercial real estate assets. He began his career as a commercial appraiser in 2013, working with a local firm in Raleigh. Prior to becoming an appraiser, Shepherd was involved in underwriting commercial real estate for commercial banks, and also audited loan files on behalf of the Department of Treasury and the Federal Reserve.

Shepherd’s educational background includes an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He also received an AB in English from UNC.
